We intend to mention these terms and conditions to define several technical aspects in running a plant tissue culture laboratory as well as providing plant molecular biology services. We deal with farmers, individuals, startups and industrialists for our products and services. These terms and conditions shall be applied to all the parties mentioned above.
1. Intellectual Property Rights: Products in the form of whole plant or plant part developed in the premises of Axenic Agritech Private Limited shall remain the property of the same till the monetary transaction or prior agreement/permission has not been undertaken. Taking photographs of the same during visit is strictly prohibited.
2. Customer responsibilities: The customer or service seeker shall be responsible for any damage, confusion, or misleading after handling out the product or the result (in case of service). Moreover, it is the duty of the service seeker to tag, conduct sampling and send the sample to our premises on his/her own expenses.
3. Warranties: We are responsible for providing the information such as source of the plantlets, numbers of subculture cycles the plant went through. No warranties or guarantee shall be provided after sending the final report (for gender identification services).
4. Delivery and Shipping: The expense of the delivering the ex-agar plants shall be born by customer. Prior agreement may be made for the same.
5. Privacy Policy: We recommend to produce non-disclosure agreement for the project related parameters. With this, we protect the materials (biological, chemical or physical) provided by the customers and products developed from the materials. Customers seeking information about other projects products or prototypes shall not be entertained. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide high quality material failing of which may result in mediocre product or protocol, and we shall not take responsibility of the same.
